Hey Guys! Today I am going to be doing a review on Yes To Tomatoes Daily Clarifying Cleanser. I finished this product about a week ago now and as it is completely used up I feel like I can give a full review on what my final opinions were.

First about the brand, Yes To is a skin care brand that has a huge range of natural skin care products that combat a range of different problems, I have used a few things from this brand such as the cucumber skin care wipes and the face wash from the same range. The brand is also cruelty free and most of the products are vegan (some products contain beeswax or honey)

As soon as I put this on my face the smell of tomatoes and watermelon hit me, Yes To products contain the natural ingredients in it so all of their products will smell exactly as what's on the tin. I loved being able to smell the product, it smelt fresh and non-toxic (I hate when things smell like you could clean the kitchen with it.)

The cleanser comes out of the bottle clear and after dampening your face with warm water you apply a small about to your skin and wash as usual. I am very lazy when it comes to skincare so if I am wearing make-up I will usually wash my face with this twice so that it comes off. It is not a heavy duty cleanser so it won't take every scrap of make-up of but it is very gentle and after cleansing your face feels fresh and happy.

After using this product up and looking at the difference it has made to my skin I am very happy, my skin is less angry and looks healthier and has more of a glow, I don't think this is amazing for getting rid of acne of hyperpigmentation but if you have oily skin and not much of a problem with acne then you are going to love this. I feel like I would repurchase this in the future for when my skin is angry or red this helps it wonderfully.

You can buy the YES to Tomatoes Clear Skin Daily Clarifying Cleanser from Amazon for £7.99

I hope you enjoyed this post. I am always switching up my skincare to find better products and explore new brands so I will be posting a lot more unique brands of here soon!

Have you tried the Yes To brand? What do you think about it?

Hey Guys! As you probably know by now every week I round up my favourite art and design bits that I have seen to show you all so that you can be inspired for the week ahead.

This week I have got a lot more photography pieces and type has been a thing for me. I have found myself drawn to things with more of a organic and natural feel with muted colours.

I hope you enjoyed this weeks favourites, my personal best of the bunch is the Nordstrom Tights Packaging which I think is very clever.

Let me know in the comments which is your favourite!

Hey Guys! I hope you have all had an amazing weekend. This bank holiday weekend me and my friend Eliza James went to our first ever BeautyCon! This was a big thing for me meeting the people that have inspired me for a number of years. I decided to take tons of photos and let you know what it was like. Enjoy!

Me and Eliza bought the Pro tickets for £95 which let us get into BeautyCon and hour early to wander around, we was given a goodie bag filled with tons of products. It was great to have an extra hour to explore everything before the big crowds arrived.

A lot of cosmetic and skincare companies had stalls set up such as NYX, Benefit and Liz Earle. Most of these companies, if you tweeted or instagrammed their brand would give you a free product, which resulted in my bag getting a little heavier!

Before the hall started to get crowded, me and Eliza grabbed some seats at the front row of the hall to watch the talks. It was amazing to see these people that I have watched for so many years on a computer screen be right in front of me. It was so inspirational to me and I loved every second. Some of the people that I have always wanted to meet were there such as Claire Marshall, Fleur De Force, HelloOctober and Essie Button.

I was so happy with the gift bag and freebies that I got. A lot of the products inside it are high end and I wasn't expecting so much! Within the bag I got:

FeelUnique Nail File

Eylure Volume Lashes X2

Elegant Touch Nails

Benefit They're Real Mascara Sample X2

Benefit They're Real Remover Sample X2

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser X2

Tarte Gifted Mascara X2

Proactiv+ Skin Purifying Mask X2

Kitsch Temporary Metallic Tattoos X2

OGX Coconut Water Hydration Oil

Mini Screen Cleaner

Laura Geller Tinted Makeup Primer Sample X2

"Where's the WIFI" T-shirt

BeautyCon Bag

As you can see it's a lot and I was completely blown away.

This BeautyCon was the first one in England and I hope they do another next year. If they do I highly recommend going as it was such a fun experience!

PitROK Crystal Roll On Review

Hey Guys! Today I am doing a review on PitROK's Crystal Deodorant. Bit of a weird one, to be reviewing deodorant online for the world to see, but this is special and I needed to tell you all about it. I bought this wonderful roll-on from FeelUnique a long time ago and I have been sparingly using this because of how
good it is!

I bought this on a whim as I was looking for a nice cruelty-free deodorant that I could try out. I bought this for my graduation almost a year ago (that's how little I have been using it!) and I felt that the price tag was justified for this special occasion.

When I first opened it I remember the smell hitting me... It's amazing! It's a very light and floral girly scent that smells like it came straight out of a perfume bottle. And this was a huge win. I hate the usual deodorant smell that this was such a pleasant change.

As for the formula, this is great for sensitive skin as it doesn't irritate which is great as I'm never uncomfortable whilst wearing this.

This only downside of this deodorant is that the staying power isn't amazing. It's perfect when I am at work or if I'm going shopping. But if it's boiling or I'm going to be going to the gym. This will just not cut it. I do think that I will buy this again, but I want to try other cruelty-free and more natural deodorants first.

You can buy this on FeelUnique for £4.99

I hope you enjoyed this post, I feel like I need to explain for the lack of posts last week: It was an insane week for me and I was kept very busy with personal stuff, work and having a social life (for once). I really hope you don't mind me taking a break every now and again. Thank you so much for your continued support! :)

Hey Guys! Today I am bringing you my updated weekly favourites. I do this every week and include everything from product design to typography as a way to keep myself up to date with what I like and to be inspired.

I hope you enjoyed this weeks art and design favourites, let me know in the comments which one you liked.

Hey Guys!

Today I am going to review the Jason's Smoothing Body Wash. I picked this up from the Brighton Vegfest about three months ago. And I have been loving it ever since.

I have been using this for about two months since I got it and it still feels pretty much full. The first thing I noticed about this body wash is the smell, it smells better than the Body Shop Coconut Body Butter... I promise. The scent fills my bathroom and makes me so relaxed in the shower.

The next thing I noticed is how it doesn't lather much. If you love body washes that lather up then this probably isn't for you. I wasn't too pleased about it at first, but now I am used to it and I don't mind at all. I used this with my EcoPouf which helps disperse the product all over my body so that I don't use too much.

The thing that I love about this product is that it is very moisturizing and I feel that after I do not necessarily need to apply lotion after. I have also noticed that my skin doesn't irritate me as much, I feel this is because there is no colours, fragrances and parabens.

If you are after a no-nonsense product that is 100% safe and contains no harsh chemicals then this is for you, it is pricey for body wash but I feel you get such a huge bottle of this that it will last a long time.

This product is vegan and cruelty-free and contains no nasty ingredients.

You can buy this body wash from Unique Beauty for £9.99.

I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know if you would like me to do more cruelty-free beauty posts and I will definitely deliver :) Thanks!

Hey guys,

I am obsessed with podcasts, and recently they have taken over my love of reading. I listen to them when I run, when I commute and whenever I am doing chores or just hanging around the house.

This post is about my favourite podcasts and why you should check them out.

This was the podcast that hooked me. Serial follows true crime and picks it apart. The first series is about the murder of a high school girl in America, her ex boyfriend was convicted of the murder, but it doesn't add up at all. If you choose to listen to one, this is it.

This is a carry on from Serial, this podcast which is created by lawyers who have very carefully looked at the case, to bring new information to light. If you are a fan of serial, this will help to tide you over until this Autumn.

I am very interested in crime as you can tell. This podcast discusses all types of crime. It discusses techniques used to catch criminals, can PMS drive you to murder to even a case where a husband was convicted of his wife's murder, the true culprit was an owl. These are much shorter than the previous two, so if you have a short commute or want something quick then this is probably best for you.

This is a very different podcast to the rest. It is about being a women at every angle, it speaks about our role in the workplace, clothes sizes, sexism, if organic food is good for you, do wrinkle creams work? Everything! And it's pretty funny too, so if you are after an easy listen and to learn some new stuff, this is for you.

As you have probably noticed I missed a post this week. This was because of the General Election in England. This was the first election I have ever voted in, so I felt very connected to it and was intrigued as to how it would turn out. Regular posting should be back next week, thanks for being amazing!

Hey guys, instead of my weekly design favourites which I usually do at this time of the week I thought I would switch it up and do a review on a book that I read not too long ago.

This book is titled Steal Like an Artist by Austin Kleon and it is Austin's design manifesto about how to generate ideas in a way that doesn't involve ripping other artists off. Which I am all for!

I love that I work in the creative industry, it is my dream job and I wouldn't change it for the world. Contrary to popular belief it is hard to think of an amazing idea out of no where. Usually you will have to do research, do millions of scamps and spider diagrams until the brilliant and witty idea jumps out at you. And this never takes a small amount of time.

This amazing book by Austin Kleon is his personal design manifesto to how to come up with ideas and ways to make the process more streamlined. He speaks about originality and how to make your ideas better than the creators before you and how it is extremely important not to rip off your peers. Even though this may be contradictory to the books title.

Austin teaches readers to difference between outright copying someones work and taking inspiration from it, which may seem like the same thing, but it's not.

The book is a very short but is packed with amazing advice and is something that you can pick up and put back down again. I highly recommend this for anyone in the creative industry as is shows you how you can use your skills to develop as a creator and to grow as an artist.

This book is also great for giving yourself inspiration whenever you feel a bit dried out of ideas, just quickly skim reading over this book will give you the push you need to get out there and start creating.

I bought this book on Brick Lane in London but you can also buy this on Amazon for £7.99.

Have you read this book? What books would you recommend?
